A distinctive development.

The development of 94 luxury apartments in Hull are the highest-spec in the city and all feature floor to ceiling glazing. We were keen to reflect this in the brand, starting with the name The Glass House.

Reflecting the key features.

Our brand mirrored elements of glass and uses elegant, modern typography and a rich modern colour palette. High quality CGIs illustrate the high specification which we used across the hoardings and website.

A winning combination.

We created direct, clear sales copy for this stand-out development to complement the brand and attract buyers. The hoardings and initial landing page proved a hit generating an extremely high level of interest before the apartments had even gone to market.

On the first sales weekend potential buyers were queuing around the block.
